The Evergreen is a luxury private estate. We ask that all guests treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care. Our housekeeping team will address any concerns immediately.
After 10 PM, please keep noise levels respectful. Our neighbors deserve peace. Outdoor activities are welcome during daytime hours.
Pool is open during daylight hours. All guests must follow pool safety guidelines. Hot tub capacity is 8 people; temperature monitored for safety.
The estate is completely non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted on the covered porch only. No illegal substances permitted on the property.
No pets are permitted at The Evergreen without prior written approval from management. Service animals are always welcome.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence. A security deposit is required. General wear and tear is expected and accepted.
Cancellations made 30+ days prior receive full refund. 14-29 days prior: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund. Travel insurance recommended.
Events permitted with approved package. Guest count must not exceed stated capacity. Decor arrangements coordinated with management. Cleanup occurs before checkout.
Check-in after 3 PM. Check-out by 11 AM. Early arrival or late departure requests should be made in advance with an additional fee if available.
Daily housekeeping is included. Do not let housekeeping access your private areas without prior notice. Maintenance emergencies will be addressed immediately, 24 hours a day.
Alarm system codes provided at check-in. Cameras monitor exterior only. All guests must respect privacy of neighboring properties and adhere to trespassing laws.

From the New York Airports: Newark (EWR) is 45 minutes away. JFK and LaGuardia are approximately 90 minutes away. Our optional airport shuttle service handles all logistics.
